Do you ship International?
Yes, we do! International shipping rates start at $15 per package. Any overages paid will be refunded to you at the time of shipment.
*Refund will return in the same form of your payment, i.e your credit card, Paypal, etc.
What I want to order is not available? Will you have it soon?
Hopefully! Please message me with what you are looking for, and I can let you know right away if I have it in stock.
*Softcups are not in stock at this time, and I am not sure if I will be carrying them in the future. They were bought out by their competitor last year, and they have not continued to stock the Softcup with retailers.
What is your return policy?
All Reusable Menstrual Products, including panties, cups, pads, sponges or any related accessories are non-returnable due to hygienic concerns, whether used or unused. If you have a problem with a product's quality, please feel free to let me know.
I am a non-profit, or I am looking to get donations for a charity auction. Will generationMe donate to my cause?
It never hurts to ask! However, please don't be offended if it is not the right time, event or cause for us. We give back to our community (local and global) in ways that we feel we can make the most impact. Meg works closely with our local homeless population to provide menstrual products and education in personal care. We provide resources to ship to third world countries for women and girls in need of menstrual options in order to maintain employment or receive an education. We also support various women all over the globe who are looking to make an impact in their community.
